Return Eligibility
Customers can request a return if the product received is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. To be eligible for a return or exchange, customers must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel opening. Without this video, we cannot process the return or exchange request.
Return Window
Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Return Condition
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, with original tags and bills, and in the original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team via email at support@ardhaangini.in. Include your order number and the 360-degree parcel opening video.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges for items that are not customized. To request an exchange, please contact us via email at support@ardhaangini.in. The exchange process will follow the same guidelines as our return process.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-returnable Items
Customized products created based on the customer’s specifications are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ardhaangini.in with the required video. We will investigate and provide a resolution promptly.
